AST-1019-P % oxygen analyzer can measure oxygen concentration in inert gases as well as in gaseous hydrocarbon streams. The main feature of this % oxygen analyzer offers field selectable analysis range between 0-1% to 0-25%. The bright digital display of the % oxygen analyzer offers resolution of 0.001% on 0-1% analysis range. The analog signal output of 4-20 mA and 0-1 VDC full scale is automatically locked on the user selected analysis range. The lowest range of analysis of this % oxygen analyzer is 0-1%. The LED display of the analyzer offers high resolution of up to 3 digits after the decimal point.
AST-1019-P % oxygen analyzer provides two user selectable oxygen alarms with latching or non-latching relays. The user can select a digital filter for optimum signal to noise ratio with optimum overall system response time.
The expected sensor life of the standard % oxygen sensor supplied with this analyzer, Model AST-222, has 60 months expected life in air under ambient temperature and pressure. Standard sensor is suitable for measuring oxygen concentration in inert gases and gaseous hydrocarbon gas streams. For gas streams containing any level of CO2 gas and trace levels of other acid gases, the oxygen sensor recommended is the model AST-222-Z. The model AST-222-Z oxygen sensor has 30 months expected life in air.

The AST-1019-P % oxygen analyzer delivers precise oxygen measurement in inert gases and gaseous hydrocarbon streams. High-Resolution Display and Signal Output
To improve visibility and accuracy, the analyzer features a bright LED digital display with up to three decimal places. In particular, it achieves a resolution of 0.001% on the 0–1% range, which ensures precise low-level oxygen measurement.
In addition, the analyzer provides 4–20 mA and 0–1 VDC analog outputs. It automatically locks these outputs to the selected range, which simplifies setup and ensures consistent signal transmission. Therefore, users can integrate the analyzer into control systems without additional calibration adjustments.

To support reliable process control, the AST-1019-P includes two user-selectable oxygen alarms with latching and non-latching options. At the same time, the digital filter improves the signal-to-noise ratio while maintaining a fast response time. For more demanding applications, especially those involving CO₂ or trace acid gases, users can choose the AST-222-Z oxygen sensor. This sensor performs reliably in harsh environments and offers an expected life of approximately 30 months. In turn, it ensures consistent performance where standard sensors may struggle.
