SRZ-CF12 % O2 sensor is a drop-in replacement for Figaro model KE-12 oxygen sensor. The model SRZ-CF12 % O2 sensor offers a fast response time. The typically response time is under 7 seconds to a step change in oxygen concentration. The SRZ-CF12 provides the signal output between 19-35 mV via 2 wires. The approximate wires length is 4 inches.
The front end of the sensor is with a slip-on mechanism with a HEX for easy installation in gas monitoring system.
The sensor uses a strong acid electrolyte solution. This makes the sensor compatible with gas streams containing any level of CO2 and trace levels of other acid gases such. The sensor is extensively used for green house gas monitoring.
The anode structure and its placement in the sensor assures near completion utilization of the anode material. This arrangement provides longer operating life of the sensor. This arrangement also reduces the frequent sensor calibration requirement.
The overall internal structure of the sensor also makes it position insensitive. The signal output does not swing after minor taping on a solid surface.
