The AST-60d % Oxygen Sensor from Applied Sensing Technologies is a galvanic micro fuel cell sensor designed specifically for oxygen measurement. It serves as a direct drop-in replacement for AII-11-60, AII-11-60D, AII-11-60-IND, AII-11-60-HC, and AII-11-60-D oxygen sensors.

The AST-60d % Oxygen Sensor is commonly used in AII-2000A Oxygen Analyzer, AII-2000M Oxygen Analyzer, and AII-3000 Oxygen Analyzer. Because it is a form-fit replacement, users can install the sensor easily without modifying the analyzer.

Under ambient temperature and pressure, the expected operating life of the AST-60D sensor is approximately 60 months, which provides long service intervals for industrial applications.

The sensor incorporates a proprietary lead (Pb) anode structure and electrolyte formulation. This design ensures full utilization of the anode, which improves stability and extends sensor life. As a result, the sensor delivers stable output with minimal signal drift, which reduces the need for frequent calibration.

Furthermore, the geometry of the anode material plays an important role in the internal electrochemical reactions. The activated anode and its optimized geometry maintain excellent linearity from air up to 100% of oxygen, ensuring accurate oxygen measurement across a wide operating range.
