AST-45D % O₂ Sensor – Replacement for Analox Mini O₂ Analyzers
The AST-45D %O2 sensor from Applied Sensing Technologies is designed as a direct replacement for the Analox 9100-9212-5A/5AD oxygen sensor, the AII PSR-11-37-D3 sensor, and the IT Gambert D-08 sensor.
This sensor fits directly into Analox Mini O2 Analyzer and Analox Mini O2-II Analyzer instruments. Because it is a form-fit replacement, users can install the sensor easily without modifying the analyzer.
The AST-45D %O2 sensor measures oxygen concentrations from 0 to 100%, which makes it suitable for a wide range of gas analysis applications. In addition, the sensor provides a signal output of 23–29 mV in air, ensuring reliable performance with compatible analyzers.
The sensor features an outer casing with a slip-on front end, which allows quick and secure installation.
Moreover, the sensor incorporates a proprietary electrolyte formulation and optimized anode structure. This design ensures full utilization of the lead (Pb) anode, which helps extend the operating life of the sensor. As a result, the sensor delivers stable output with minimal signal drift, reducing the need for frequent calibration.
Under ambient temperature and pressure in air, the expected operating life of the AST-45D sensor is approximately 42 months.
Finally, AST brand oxygen sensors are designed and manufactured in the United States by Applied Sensing Technologies, ensuring reliable quality and consistent performance.
